To change your email address, simply login to MyCallaway.ca using your Username and Password. For information on how to obtain your login information, please see the section titled "Can MyCallaway send me my password?" below.
Once logged in, you can navigate to the My Contact Information section under the My Profile section by clicking here. Here you will see your current information including you email address and an 'Edit' button near the bottom right section of the page. Click 'Edit', modify your email address as necessary and click 'Save'. Now your email address will be updated and any further communications from MyCallaway.ca will be sent this email address as long as you if you are opted in for receiving email communications from MyCallaway.ca.

Click 'Change My Password', key in your new password in both fields provided and click 'Save'. The next time you login, you can use this password.

With so many passwords to remember these days, it's easy to forget some of them. If you are not sure what your password is you can navigate to the Retrieve My Password page by clicking here.
Here you will see one field where you can enter your email address and click the Submit button. If MyCallaway.ca recognizes the email address, you will see a notification that your login information was sent to your inbox.

If you are experiencing difficulty logging in to MyCallaway.ca on the login page, please try one of the following:
1) Go to the Retrieve My Password page by clicking here, enter your email address and click the Submit button. Check to make sure you are using the correct login information as provided in the email that will be immediately sent to your email inbox.
2) After you try to login, you will see a notification message that states "Either your MyCallaway.ca username or password is incorrect" if MyCallaway.ca does not have the information you have provided. If you do not see this message, your browser may not be able to accept cookies. In order to login to MyCallaway.ca, your browser must be able to accept cookies. If you wish to no longer receive email communications from MyCallaway, you can do one of the following:
1) Enter your email address in the field provided and click 'Unsubscribe' on the MyCallaway.ca Unsubscribe page by clicking here.
2) Navigate to your Contact Information section by clicking here and click on the 'Edit' button to view your contact information and opt in options. Uncheck the opt in section near the bottom of the page and click 'Save'. Now you will no longer receive email communications from MyCallaway.ca.
